Whether it's an intimate backyard wedding or a big corporate bash, Contigo Catering specializes in creating memorable events in Central Texas. I’ve worked with them since 2018, initially on their annual Galentine’s Day bash, and then during their small-format pandemic events.

Contigo Galentine’s Day 2025 - “Con-TEA-go”
︎ Background
Inspired by Sketch in London, 2025 Galentine’s was a night of pure British indulgence—think afternoon tea, royal-worthy dishes, and a splash of mischief (with appearances by "Queen Elizabeth", "Elton John" and the "Spice Girls"). I created the branding and illustrations for the event, as well as the Save The Date “train ticket”.
Contigo Galentine’s Day 2023 - “Camp Contigo”

2023’s Galentine’s Day was shifted from February to July and had a summer camp theme. I created the branding for the event, as well as the invite and map sent to attendees.

Every year, Contigo Catering hosts dozens of wedding planners, vendors, and influencers for a special Galentine’s getaway before the busy wedding season. The day is filled with delicious food and drink, relaxing activities, fun and friendship...all while showcasing Contigo Catering’s capabilities.
︎ Behind the Design
2022’s event was Ski Chalet themed, bringing Aspen vibes to Austin. The key art imagined mountains as a part of Austin’s skyline, inspired by mid-century vacation posters. I designed and illustrated the invite suite, signage and wayfinding, menus, photobooth, and a map of the property.

In 2020 when most events were postponed for the forseeable future, Contigo Catering pivoted to help people connect in a safe way. For those forced to cancel weddings, Little White Chapel created an opportunity for couples to get married during intimate ceremonies at one of Austin’s most coveted venues. Additionally, Contigo Catering partnered with Gingerland Ranch to host a Father’s Day weekend of drive-in movies.
Contigo Galentines 2019
︎ Background
The inaugural Galentine’s Day event was held at Contigo Ranch, to promote the space as the ideal event venue. The event was Boho-chic meets West Texas, focusing on self-discovery and relaxation. I designed, illustrated and animated the invite suite, hand-lettered signage and wayfinding, menus, and more.
